Made from UV stabilised, ultrafine 0.6mm polythene mesh, it acts as a barrier against insects, birds, animals without having to use chemical pesticides. The tunnel also protects plants from frost and wind and helps to conserve moisture by providing some shade.
It is also incredibly quick and easy to set up. Simply open the one-piece design like an accordion to your desired length and push the steel hoops into the ground or a raised bed.
The 0.6mm x 0.6mm Micromesh grid is small enough to keep out Cabbage Root Fly, Carrot Fly, White Fly, Onion Fly, Flea Beetle, Vine Weevil, Aphids and more, whilst still allowing air and moisture to circulate. This will help reduce the risk of disease amongst your plants, giving you more bountiful yields.
The Easy Micromesh Tunnel has drawstring ends which allow easy access and also let you choose the level of ventilation for your plants. It is supported by rust resistant, galvanised steel hoops which allow you to change the length of the tunnel to suit your needs.
